For Agencies
What is the agency plan in SyncSignature?
The agency plan is built for running email signatures on behalf of other companies. Instead of one workspace holding one company's templates and teammates, you get unlimited workspaces from a single account, and each one is isolated: its own templates, its own teammates, its own signatures. Nothing crosses between clients.
The part that works differently from every other plan is capacity. You do not buy seats per workspace. You buy one pool of signatures at account level, then decide how much of that pool each client workspace gets. Most agency questions come back to that single decision, so it is worth understanding before you create your second workspace.
What the agency plan includes
- Unlimited client workspaces from a single parent dashboard.
- Full isolation per client. Templates, teammates, groups, and signatures belong to the workspace they were created in. A template built for one client does not appear in another.
- One shared signature pool, allocated per workspace and adjustable at any time.
- Custom pricing, invoiced directly rather than charged to a card.
How the signature pool works
Your pool is bought once, at account level, and spread across the client workspaces you run. When you first sign up, all of it sits in the single workspace you start with. Creating a second workspace does not automatically give that workspace capacity, so you have to move part of the pool across, or the new workspace produces nothing.
Allocation lives on the Account page, in a table listing every workspace against its Signature limit. Two things about that page matter more than the rest:
- Only the Owner can reach it. Managers do not see the Account section at all. A client you invited as a Manager cannot adjust their own limit, and neither can a colleague you added as a Manager.
- Running out is quiet. When a workspace hits its limit, adding people does not fail. The teammate is created, left with No Group Assigned, and no signature is generated. Nothing warns you at the moment it happens, so the symptom you notice is people appearing with no group and no signature. Saving a signature for one of them directly does error, so the silence covers adding people, not forcing a signature.

Who it is for
The plan fits agencies and resellers running signatures for other companies, typically somewhere between 10 and 50 client tenants from one account. The common shape is an agency that already manages a client's brand assets and wants email signatures to stay consistent with them, without asking the client to administer anything themselves.
If you manage signatures for one company only, even a large one, you do not need this plan. The Teams plan covers multiple departments, offices, and brands inside a single workspace.
Pricing
Agency pricing is custom and invoiced directly, by wire transfer or ACH, rather than charged to a card on a fixed public tier. Pricing depends on how many signatures you need in the pool, not on how many workspaces you split them across, so adding a client workspace costs nothing by itself.

Common issues and fixes
| Issue | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| A new client workspace produces no signatures | No signatures allocated to it from the pool | Reallocate on the Account page as the Owner |
| Teammates import but have no signature | That workspace is at its signature limit | Raise the limit, then assign the teammate to a group |
| A client cannot see the Account section | Only the Owner reaches Account | Adjust their limit on their behalf |
| A template is missing in a client workspace | Templates do not cross workspaces | Rebuild it in that workspace |
| Cannot raise a limit past the pool total | The pool itself is full | Free capacity in another workspace, or contact support to increase the pool |
