To create templates for a workspace in SyncSignature, follow these steps:
- Create Signature in “My Signatures”:
- Start by creating a signature in the MY SIGNATURES section using predefined templates or custom designs.
- Navigate to Templates Section:
- Go to the TEMPLATES section in the workspace.
- Create Workspace Template:
- Select the option to create a new template.
- Choose the signature you created in the “MY SIGNATURES” section and save it as a template.
- Assign Template to Groups:
- After creating the template, assign it to a group. This ensures that teammates added to the group will automatically receive the template.
