How to choose a template for your signature?

To choose a template or change a template for an email signature in SyncSignature, follow these steps:

Go to the MySignatures section: Navigate to the signature you want to edit and then select Change template option from the right top in the preview screen.
Select a Template of your choice: Choose a template that fits your style or brand from the available options and it will replace the template data with your own data but the design will be as per the template you chose.
Customize the Template: Add additional details if you want.

You can also upload images (like your photo or company logo) and further adjust fonts, colors, style to match your branding from Design section.

Preview and Save: Preview your design to ensure everything looks good, then save your customized template.
