How to design signature template for your company?

If you are looking to create signatures for multiple teammates from the same signature template, follow the steps below:

Create workspace Template: Go to Dashboard -> Templates section and create a new template.
- It will ask if you want to create from existing signature or start from scratch. Select your choice.
- So the template will be created with dynamic data that can be filled with your teammate data to create their signatures.
Customize your template: If you want, you can further customize your template.
- You can personalise social links for individual teammates
- You can also assign dynamic call-to-action buttons for your teammates
Assign the template to relevant groups: Once you finalise the template, you can assign it to teammates via Groups section
- Multiple groups can have the same template
