Adding social media icons to your email signature not only enhances brand visibility but also encourages engagement by giving recipients quick access to your social channels. Step 1: Choose the Right Platforms #

Select only the platforms where you’re most active – typically 2 to 4 icons is ideal to avoid clutter.

Suggested platforms:

Download professionally designed PNG or SVG icons from resources like Flaticon, Icons8, or signature icon libraries.

Ensure uniform sizing and format, typically 16×16 to 24×24 pixels works well.

Use PNG for clarity across devices.


Step 4: Add Clickable Links #

Make icons functional:

  1. Select each icon in the editor.
  2. Add the corresponding social profile URL (e.g., https://linkedin.com/yourprofile).
  3. Optionally, include UTM parameters to track click-throughs from emails.

Step 5: Preview, Test & Optimize #
