Did you know that you can create a professional email signature for free? Using SyncSignature, you can create a professionally designed free email signature. The best part is, you don’t have to be a designer or developer to design email signature on SyncSignature.
To start, please create an account and follow these steps:
Step 1:
After signing up, you will be on the dashboard with all email signature templates to choose from. Select one from them.
Note: Some of the pre-designed templates are PRO. You can upgrade your account to use PRO template.
Step 2:
Add your details in the Information section. This includes personal, business, contact and social media icons as well.
Step 3:
Customize the signature design from Design section. There are plenty of options to get your email signature look branded.
Step 4:
Add marketing elements such as signature banner or call to action button. Customize it according to your needs. You can choose from our pre-designed signature banners too!
Step 5:
Click on Save or Get Signature to further have a preview of your signature. You can use the signature by copy/paste option for free. If you are on a paid plan, you can download HTML signature or you can send it to any email so that they can copy from it.
Step 6:
Next, click Back to editor if you need to add some information or Copy the signature to use it further. Go back to dashboard to see your saved signature that you can edit whenever you want to!
