To add a Button with Call-to-Action (CTA) to your signature in SyncSignature, follow these steps:
- Create or Edit Signature:
- Go to the MY SIGNATURES section and either create a new signature or edit an existing one.
- Add CTA Button:
- Use the signature editor to insert a CTA button (e.g., “Schedule a Meeting,” “Join Zoom Meeting”).
- Link the button to your desired URL (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Calendly, etc.).
- Save Signature:
- After adding the CTA button, save the signature and assign it to the relevant workspace or group.
- Notify Teammates:
- If necessary, inform teammates to update their signatures with the new CTA button.
