Workspace Templates in SyncSignature are predefined email signature layouts that can be applied across an entire workspace. These templates are used to ensure consistency in email signatures for all teammates within a workspace.
To create and use workspace templates:
- Create Signature: Start by creating a signature in the MY SIGNATURES section.
- Create Template: Navigate to the TEMPLATES section and save the signature as a template.
- Assign Template to Group: Assign the template to a group within the workspace, and all teammates added to that group will automatically receive the signature.
Workspace templates allow for efficient signature management across teams and departments.
