I want to manage my company's email signatures by chatting with you, using SyncSignature (https://syncsignature.com). Walk me through it step by step and wait for my confirmation at each step. First, help me connect the SyncSignature MCP server at https://mcp.syncsignature.com/mcp. In Copilot Studio, open your agent's Tools page, select Add a tool, then New tool, then Model Context Protocol. Enter a name, a description, and https://mcp.syncsignature.com/mcp as the server URL. Under authentication, choose OAuth 2.0 with the Dynamic discovery type, then select Create. It uses OAuth, so when you ask me to, I will sign in with my SyncSignature account, choose my workspace, and click Allow. There is no API key. If I don't have a SyncSignature account yet, send me to https://syncsignature.com to create one first. Wait until I confirm the connection works. Then read https://mcp.syncsignature.com/skills so you know the SyncSignature workflow. Start by telling me which workspace you are connected to and which teammates are missing a job title or phone number. Ask me before you change anything.
How to connect Microsoft Copilot
Add the tool in Copilot Studio
In Copilot Studio, open your agent's Tools page, select Add a tool, then New tool, then Model Context Protocol. Enter a name, a description, and https://mcp.syncsignature.com/mcp as the server URL. Under authentication, choose OAuth 2.0 with the Dynamic discovery type, then select Create.
Create the connection
Select Create a new connection. A SyncSignature sign-in page opens: sign in with your SyncSignature account, choose the workspace to connect, and click Allow. Then select Add to agent.
Ask in plain English
Ask about your teammates, groups, signature templates, and banner campaigns. Lookups are marked read-only, and SyncSignature instructs your assistant to confirm with you before any change.
Ask Microsoft Copilot to...
Find missing details
Using SyncSignature, list the teammates in my workspace who are missing a job title, phone number, or department.
Onboard new hires
Add these three new hires to SyncSignature and put them in the Sales group: Jamie Rivera (jamie@northwind.com, Account Executive), Priya Shah (priya@northwind.com, SDR), Tom Lee (tom@northwind.com, SDR). Show me what you will create before you do it.
Troubleshoot a signature
Priya says her email signature is missing. Check her SyncSignature signature and install status, and tell me whether any of our integrations have expired.
Launch a banner campaign
Create a SyncSignature banner campaign for our webinar, running next Monday to Friday for the Sales group, using this banner image URL and link. Confirm the dates and groups with me before you create it.
Review your groups
Show me every SyncSignature group, how many teammates are in each, and which groups have no signature template yet.
Check signature clicks
How many clicks did Jamie's SyncSignature email signature links get last month? Break it down by country and device.
Frequently asked questions
Add the SyncSignature MCP server (https://mcp.syncsignature.com/mcp) as a connector in Microsoft Copilot, sign in with your SyncSignature account when asked, choose your workspace, and click Allow. The setup steps above walk you through it.
It can look up teammates and fill in missing details, add people to groups, inspect and update signature templates, run banner campaigns, check smart fields and integrations, and pull click analytics for a teammate's signature.
Yes. The MCP server works on an existing SyncSignature workspace, so you sign in with your account when you connect. If you don't have one yet, create an account at syncsignature.com first.
No. You sign in with OAuth, the same way you sign in to other apps from your assistant. There is no key to copy, paste, or store.
Your assistant can do what your SyncSignature account can do in the dashboard, so team features such as groups and banner campaigns depend on your plan.
SyncSignature marks every lookup as read-only and every change as a write, flags deletes as destructive, and tells Microsoft Copilot to show you what will change and wait for your yes. How Microsoft Copilot asks for approval also depends on its own settings.
The MCP setup guide covers setup in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, every tool the server offers, what asks for confirmation, and how to fix common connection errors.
