This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through SyncSignature operated by XMOMENTUM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We believe in transparency and fairness. This Policy explains how we handle refunds and subscription cancellations for our users.
We offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

All refund requests are manually reviewed by our support team to ensure fair resolution.
To request a refund:
If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your SyncSignature dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal link provided in your order confirmation email.
Please note:
If your plan includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid billing, cancel your subscription before the trial period expires. Once charged, the standard 14-day refund window applies.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In case of disputes, the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
