Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through SyncSignature operated by XMOMENTUM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

We believe in transparency and fairness. This Policy explains how we handle refunds and subscription cancellations for our users.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents normal use of SyncSignature and it cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • You are not satisfied with the product and contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

All refund requests are manually reviewed by our support team to ensure fair resolution.

  • Renewal charges processed after the 14-day window.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at legal@syncsignature.com
  • Include your account email and a short description of your issue or reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

After Approval

If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your SyncSignature dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Canceling does not automatically generate a refund.

5. Trial and Free Plans

If your plan includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid billing, cancel your subscription before the trial period expires. Once charged, the standard 14-day refund window applies.

7. Legal Notice

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
