The email signature platform built for agencies and holding companies managing multiple brands
Run multiple client brands or subsidiaries from a single parent dashboard. Dedicated workspaces per brand with isolated templates, directory sync, banner campaigns, and click analytics. One bill, one admin layer, many brands. Built for agencies, holding companies, MSPs, franchise operators, and consulting firms.

What is a multi-brand email signature platform?
If you manage email signatures for 5, 10, or 50 different brands, you already know the pain. Exclaimer, WiseStamp, and CodeTwo were built for single-tenant deployments. To manage a second brand, you log into a second account. To manage a tenth brand, you are juggling ten separate dashboards, ten billing contracts, ten sets of templates, ten groups of employees, ten places where a new hire can slip through the cracks. There is no native parent view and no shared control plane.
SyncSignature's Agency plan gives each brand its own dedicated workspace with isolated templates, users, directory sync, banner campaigns, and click analytics, all managed from a single parent dashboard. Switch between workspaces with one click. Push a new template to one brand without affecting the others. Run a coordinated banner campaign across all brands at once when you launch a group-wide initiative. One bill, one admin, many brands.
If you are a marketing agency managing email signatures for client companies, a holding company with multiple subsidiary brands, a franchise operator with location-specific branding, an MSP deploying signatures across multiple customer tenants, or a consulting firm that runs white-labelled signatures for client accounts, SyncSignature's multi-brand platform is built for you. Everyone else running a single-brand company should use the Teams plan instead.

SyncSignature Agency vs running parallel single-tenant accounts
The real cost difference is not per-seat pricing, both approaches can land at similar per-seat rates. It is admin time. Below is what SyncSignature Agency includes and what running 10x Exclaimer, WiseStamp, or CodeTwo accounts would look like for the same workflow.

Setup workflow for agencies
Total setup time for a 10-brand agency: under a day. Most of that time is on the brand's end (granting directory sync permissions), not your end.
Start with an agency demo
30-minute call to walk through the parent dashboard, map your current brand list, and scope the Agency plan quote.
Create the parent account
One login, one billing contract, one admin team for the whole agency relationship.
Create a workspace per brand
For each client or subsidiary, create a dedicated workspace inside the parent dashboard. Workspaces are fully isolated from each other.
Connect each workspace's directory
Authenticate with the brand's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin credentials. Directory sync populates the employee list automatically. Different workspaces can connect to different platforms in the same parent account.
Build or import templates per workspace
Use the 100+ modern template library as a starting point, or paste in existing signature HTML if you are migrating from another tool.
Assign brand-scoped admins
Give client-side contacts access to their own workspace only. They cannot see or access other client workspaces.
Deploy signatures
Push live from the workspace dashboard. On Google Workspace, signatures write through the Gmail API to each user's Gmail profile. On Microsoft 365, the SyncSignature Outlook add-in is approved once per tenant in the M365 admin center under Centralized Deployment, and Microsoft propagates it silently to every user's Outlook on desktop, web, and mobile within 6 to 12 hours. Both paths are client-side. No mail flow rules, no MX changes, no server-side stamping.
Launch cross-brand campaigns
Schedule a coordinated banner campaign across all workspaces for group-wide announcements, or run workspace-specific campaigns per brand.
Review parent analytics monthly
See aggregate click events, top-performing campaigns, and signature deployment rates across all workspaces from the parent dashboard.
Who this is built for
Marketing agencies and branding studios. You have 8 client accounts. Each one wants consistent, on-brand email signatures across their entire team. Today you are either logged into 8 separate WiseStamp accounts or you are sending branded HTML via Slack and hoping each client's IT team deploys it correctly. With SyncSignature Agency, each client gets a dedicated workspace. You set up the templates, connect their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, deploy the signatures, and bill the retainer. No more context switching, no more version drift.
Holding companies and multi-brand corporates. You own 4 operating companies, each with its own brand identity, its own domain, and its own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant. You need one centralised IT function to manage signatures across all four brands without mixing templates or directory data. Each brand gets a workspace. Central IT manages everything from the parent dashboard. Brand managers at each subsidiary get scoped access to their own workspace only.
MSPs and IT service providers. You manage Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for 20 SMB clients. Email signature management is one more service you can bundle into your managed offering. Spin up a workspace per client in the SyncSignature parent dashboard, deploy their templates, charge a per-seat markup or flat service fee. One tool, many clients, predictable margin.
Franchise operators and multi-location businesses. Each location has its own branding, contact details, and local promotions. You need signatures that are consistent at the brand level but customised per location. Multi-brand workspaces let you scope templates and directory sync per location without building everything from scratch each time.
Consulting firms running client-branded signatures. Your consultants work under different client email domains during engagements. Each client needs a dedicated workspace with its own brand assets, its own template library, and its own deployment rules.

How the multi-brand dashboard works
Parent workspace. Your agency or holding company account. This is where billing lives, where you invite admins, and where you see the aggregated view of all child workspaces.
Child workspaces. One per brand, one per client, or one per subsidiary. Each workspace has its own template library isolated from other workspaces, directory sync connected to that brand's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant, employee roster with signatures deployed, banner campaigns scheduled independently, click analytics scoped to that workspace only, brand assets stored per workspace, and groups for departments or roles within that brand.
Scoped permissions. Assign roles at the workspace level. A client-side marketing manager gets admin access only to their own workspace. A subsidiary brand owner gets view-only access to their workspace analytics. Your central agency team gets full access to all workspaces.
Aggregate view at the parent level. See total signatures deployed across all workspaces, total employees, total campaign click events, and top-performing campaigns, rolled up into a parent dashboard. Drill down to any individual workspace.
- Unlimited workspaces, pricing based on total seat count
- One-click workspace switching from the parent dashboard
- Workspace-level admin roles for client-side staff
- Consolidated annual billing across all brands

Why multi-brand is hard on other platforms
Exclaimer, WiseStamp, CodeTwo, Newoldstamp, and Letsignit were all built as single-tenant products. Each instance of the product serves exactly one company or one brand. To manage N brands, you create N separate accounts. This creates five specific problems:
Problem 1: No parent dashboard. There is no way to see signatures deployed across all brands from a single screen. You log into each account separately.
Problem 2: Separate billing. Each brand is billed on its own contract. Large agencies end up managing 8, 10, 14 renewal cycles per year instead of one.
Problem 3: Template sharing is manual. If you build a great template for Client A and want to adapt it for Client B, you export HTML from one account and import it into another. No shared design system.
Problem 4: Directory sync is repeated effort. Each account connects to its own directory independently. Directory permissions must be granted separately for each client tenant.
Problem 5: Scoped permissions are fragile. Giving a client-side manager access to “their” signatures means giving them full access to the account. There is no workspace-level role.
SyncSignature Agency solves all five problems in a single product. That is the entire wedge. See how it compares against Exclaimer, WiseStamp, and CodeTwo on each of these dimensions.

Pricing for multi-brand
SyncSignature Agency pricing is custom, based on number of workspaces and total seat count across all workspaces. Unlike Teams plan (which starts at 5 seats per workspace), Agency can accommodate clients of any size per workspace, with volume discounts that stack at the parent level as total seat count grows across the account.
Billing is annual only, on a custom contract per agency based on total seats and number of workspaces. Book an agency demo to walk through the multi-brand dashboard live and get a custom quote.
- Unlimited workspaces, no per-workspace fee
- Volume discounts stack at the parent level
- Consolidated annual billing on one invoice
- Dedicated account management during onboarding
- Aggregate parent dashboard with cross-workspace reporting

Real customer examples
The 14-client agency. A boutique branding studio uses SyncSignature Agency to manage email signatures for 14 client companies ranging from 10-person startups to 100-person scale-ups. Each client has a dedicated workspace with their own brand templates, their own directory sync, and their own campaign calendar. The agency bills clients on retainer and delivers signature management as a bundled service. Before SyncSignature, they were running 14 separate WiseStamp accounts with no centralised view.
The 700-signature Google Workspace customer. A services company with multiple brands and a shared Google Workspace hierarchy uses SyncSignature to manage 700 signatures across their parent and subsidiary entities. Directory sync keeps the whole employee base aligned automatically. Brand-specific templates ensure each subsidiary's signatures match its visual identity without manual coordination.

Centralized signatures across our global team
SyncSignature makes it incredibly easy to manage email signatures across our global team. The centralized dashboard allows us to roll out consistent, branded signatures in minutes. Before SyncSignature, we had inconsistent email signatures across regions and new hires. Now every outgoing email reflects our brand consistently with the right logos, colors, and disclaimers. It has boosted professionalism, reduced IT support tickets, and even given us a new marketing channel through signature banners.

Solved a major pain point for remote teams
This solved a major pain point for our company. Remote work made consistent email signatures challenging. SyncSignature let us deploy standardized signatures with proper branding, social media links, and legal disclaimers across our team. The analytics feature was an unexpected bonus.

When SyncSignature Agency may not be the right fit
We are not the right answer for every multi-brand scenario. Three cases where another platform serves better.
One or more of your client brands runs on-premise Microsoft Exchange
SyncSignature is cloud-only and only deploys to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). For local Exchange tenants, Exclaimer and CodeTwo ship dedicated on-premise products.
Procurement on a client brand requires ISO 27001, SOC 2, or in-region data residency in the US, EU, UK, or Australia
Exclaimer holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 with regional infrastructure. CodeTwo is ISO 27001 certified with EU residency. Letsignit is ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified. SyncSignature is GDPR-aligned but is hosted on AWS India only and holds no formal certifications today.
A client brand requires SSO, SCIM, audit logs, or CRM integrations as a hard requirement
SyncSignature does not offer SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, or CRM integrations today. These are on the roadmap. Flag client requirements during the sales call so we can align expectations.
Frequently asked questions
Each brand gets a dedicated workspace inside a parent account. Workspaces are fully isolated: their own templates, their own directory sync, their own employees, their own campaigns, their own analytics. The parent dashboard lets you switch between workspaces with one click, assign admin roles at the workspace level, and see aggregate reporting across all brands.
Multiple accounts would give you isolated workspaces but no parent view, no consolidated billing, no cross-workspace reporting, and no central admin layer. The Agency plan is specifically designed for operators managing many brands from one relationship, with the parent dashboard doing the orchestration.
Yes. Each workspace can connect to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or both, independently of other workspaces. An agency can have Client A on Google Workspace, Client B on Microsoft 365, and Client C on both, all managed from the same parent dashboard.
Unlimited. Agency pricing is based on total seat count across all workspaces, not number of workspaces.
Yes. Scoped admin roles let you give a client marketing manager full admin access to their own workspace only. They cannot see or access other client workspaces.
One consolidated annual invoice per Agency account, billed to the parent organisation. You allocate seats across workspaces as you need. Seats can move between workspaces mid-term without a new contract.
Create a new workspace inside your parent dashboard. Authenticate with the client's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin credentials. Populate templates. Deploy. Total time for a new brand is typically under an hour including the template build step.
The 7-day free trial on the Teams plan lets you evaluate the core signature management product. For the Agency multi-brand dashboard, book a dedicated demo call and we can set up a trial with multiple test workspaces for your evaluation.
Yes. For each client or brand, export the current signature HTML from the legacy tool, create a workspace in SyncSignature, import the HTML or pick a matching template, connect directory sync, and deploy. Typical migration time for 10 brands is 1 to 2 days of admin work.
Dashboard white-labelling is not available today but is on the roadmap. Current Agency plans use the SyncSignature dashboard.
None of those three offer native multi-tenant parent dashboards. Agencies using them typically run parallel single-tenant accounts with separate billing, separate logins, and manual cross-brand coordination. SyncSignature Agency is specifically built to replace that workflow. See full comparisons: Exclaimer alternative, WiseStamp alternative, CodeTwo alternative.
Workspaces are fully isolated at the data layer. Templates, directory data, employees, and analytics from one workspace are not visible or accessible in any other workspace. Scoped admin roles enforce the isolation at the access layer.
Yes. Agency plans include dedicated account management during onboarding to help map your brand list, configure workspaces, and train your team on the parent dashboard.
No, not today. SSO, SCIM, and audit logs are on the roadmap but not yet shipped. If any client brand requires SSO or audit logs for signature management, flag it during the sales call so we can align expectations. For brands where SSO is a hard procurement gate, Exclaimer, WiseStamp, and CodeTwo offer it on higher tiers.
Data is hosted on AWS India. Signature images are served via CDN. SyncSignature aligns with GDPR principles but does not hold formal GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 certifications today. Agencies with clients that require in-region hosting in the US, EU, UK, or Australia, or a completed third-party security audit, should contact us before onboarding.
Ready to consolidate your multi-brand signature management?
Book a 30-minute agency demo. We will walk through the parent dashboard live, map your current brand list, and give you a custom quote based on total seat count across your workspaces. If you are running 5 or more client accounts on separate signature tools today, you are likely losing 5 to 10 hours of admin time per month that SyncSignature Agency collapses into a single dashboard.
